We are extra excited to announce our next festival acceptance...because it's a hometown fest for co-writer and actress Jessica Jacobs! Bay Area community, we hope to see you at the Tiburon International Film Festival next month! GIRL CODE is screening on Monday, April 23rd at 8PM at the Tiburon Playhouse, in the "Marin Filmmakers" block. Tickets are on sale now. We're going to celebrate with a drink at Sam's Anchor Cafe, a Tiburon institution, after the screening and Q&A, and we invite you to join the party. We're counting down the days!
We're starting off 2018 with a bang--we just learned that we've been accepted into the California Women's Film Festival in Hollywood! We'll be screening on the festival's opening night, next Friday, January 12th at 6PM the Acme Comedy Theater. For more details and to purchase tickets, click here.

We're excited to announce our next festival screening will be in Chicago! GIRL CODE is headed to the Twisted Oyster Film Fest, and we'll be screening at Comfort Station in Logan Square this Saturday 10/14 at 6PM. We're one of just 13 films that was selected for this year's fest, which is built around the theme of Power of the Feminine.
This week we've been forced to examine the position of women in our industry. We have a long way to go in creating the kind of environment that celebrates diverse voices and actually fosters creativity and risk-taking. So we're extra proud right now to be included in this fest with this theme, and we're extra grateful to you for helping us to make and continue to share our project. We know we're just at the beginning of our filmmaking careers and that we're learning as we go. We hope that someday we'll be in a position to elevate more female creators. We are determined to continue collaborating with inclusive crews and telling our stories!

We are thrilled to announce Girl Code has won the Best Short Screenwriting award from the 10th Annual Festival Angaelica!! We traveled up to Big Bear for the screening this weekend and the entire experience of this festival was magical. We left feeling so inspired and encouraged from our fellow filmmaking community, and so proud of this project.
We celebrate this achievement with our entire network. Thank you for everything!!
